EVENT WAIVERS
A staple of each competition we attend, all the waivers for this competition have been digitized to allow for quick completion and to avoid the nightmare that comes from trying to fit all those waivers into one envelope. We feel the struggle.
The waivers that are required for entry in both the Oak Hills Foundation Fest and Oak Hills Spring Fest are as follows;
- Federation Entry Agreement
- USEF Waiver & Release of Liability
- AVA Waiver & Release of Liability
- Oak Hills Stable Waiver & Release
These waivers have been combined for your convenience and are required for all vaulters, lungers, coaches and active participants in the event. Please not that while the waivers have been combined, a separate waiver is required for both the Foundation Fest and Spring Fest.
